NoBsResume is a free online resume builder that allows you to create, edit, and download professional resumes. Our service includes:

Important: The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertisements. By using the Service, you agree to the display of advertisements.
Your Responsibilities
When using NoBsResume, you agree to:

Data and Privacy
Local Storage
Your resume data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not have access to this data, and it remains on your device until you clear your browser data or use the delete function. This means your privacy is protected by default.
Temporary Processing
When you use certain features (PDF generation or AI text enhancement), your resume data is temporarily transmitted to our servers and third-party services for processing. This data is not stored permanently and is only used to provide the requested service.

Rate Limits and Fair Use
To ensure the Service remains available and performant for all users, we implement the following rate limits:
AI Text Enhancement
4 requests/hour
You can enhance up to 4 text sections per hour using our AI-powered enhancement feature. This limit resets every hour.
PDF Downloads
20 downloads/day
You can download up to 20 PDF versions of your resume per day. This limit resets at midnight UTC.
Fair Use Policy: These rate limits are designed to prevent abuse while keeping the service free for everyone. Repeated attempts to circumvent these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Service.
Intellectual Property
Our Service and Templates
The Service, including its design, code, templates, graphics, and all related intellectual property, is owned by NoBsResume and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or templates, except as explicitly allowed by these Terms.
Templates Usage: You are granted a free, non-exclusive license to use our resume templates to create resumes for your personal or commercial use. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the templates themselves.
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using the Service (your resume data, text, and personal information).
